So my wife and I purchased a 49" TV and the tech came and installed the TV. He mounted it on the wall and set up the TV. An hour after the technician left I started getting a black screen. I called geek squad and found out that I would need to pay for another technician to come out and maybe fix the problem. I don't know why we even bothered to shop there. Should've just gotten one online. We won't be going back.
I understand it’s Black Friday but this store is extremely disorganized. The checkout is a joke. Line wait is approximately 3 hours to check out. Employees are extremely disorganized. They literally are guarding the cashier lines and forcing customers through a snakelike maze through their store. Avoid this stored like the plague.
Wednesday was in the West shore Best Buy, saw a computer I liked but was not sure about. They had 2. Thursday went to Harrisburg , much closer. They didn’t have any, so I said I would go back over, no Evan told me it would be delivered by Saturday . It got notice yesterday UPS never got it till 2:50 pm yesterday. Will not be delivered till Tuesday. Will Evan, you let me down, but you had to get the sale. But you lost a customer.
Always have a good experience & everyone is nice. That being said, applied for a job here, didn't hear back, then got a bunch of emails in a row to schedule an interview, and then an email thanking me for coming in saying that I interviewed very well but sadly they had to go with a different candidate. Never scheduled an interview or attended an interview. Is this an automatic email system? The email was creepily detailed for something that never happened...
No one came to help. Associates standing around. Walked right by, not offering assistance. Awful. Could not find anyone to ask for help. Pretty poor customer service. The Best Buy in Billings MT is far superior than this store. Not recommending to friends.
Shout out to Lavon, Cody, Kyle and Matt at Best Buy Harrisburg for making good on a delivery mix up! Customer service at its finest. I always say when issues arise it's your chance to shine- thanks for shining tonight and getting our dishwasher home safe and sound.
