Thieves Brought my Compaq notebook to them, they told me it would cost me over $350.00 to fix my overheating problem and they would have to send it out for like two weeks. Arrogant help, overpriced. Went to the Saratoga Computer Company, he only charged me $125 plus tax and did an amazing job.

DISSATISFIED purchased an ASUS cs511 with wireless keyboard and mouse, when store personnel removed the archie system, they misplaced?the antenna unit for keyboard. addressed the problem to geek squad, they looked for it but couldn't find it, gave me a wired keyboard said that is all they could do. this is not acceptable. I contacted store manage, explained problem to young lady, was put on hold for 26 minutes and than hung up on with out resolution of problem. I also was looking for a Ninitendo Wii during the Christmas season. I was able to find one at the Saratoga Best Buy. I took me several attempts to find one, but I put in the work...I stood outside the store before it opened three consecutive Sunday mornings. The staff was GREAT they handed out coupons so I was guarenteed a unit. The lady who wrote the previous review is mistaken! The Wii was and still is very hard to find. I personally called this store every morning for a Nintendo Wii. My fiance went to the store every morning for a week. Subsequentally, We were both told to try on Sunday. My fiance even offered to pay for one up front. I just called at 0805 A.M.(the store opened at 0800 A.M.) and was told, " yes, we have Wii's but they are already sold out". Further inquiry led to the conclusion that the store had distributed tickets for Wii's and never ONCE bothered to tell either of us that this was an option.
