I ordered a computer from Best Buy. It took over a week to process the order. which apparently they will send an authorization to your bank/credit card every five days. I was going to order a refrigerator and range that I saw in the store- I asked the employee for delivery info-.... we can’t deliver that he says-we can’t order the refrigerator. Sir- you have it right there to order - nope can’t order it for you - no one can!!!! but do you want me to order the oven! Best Buy??? You mean best joke!! Service sucks. Camera comes back, don't get notified (has been back for 3 days) Camera and lens both came back dirtier than when I brought it in. I look into it and is solid black specks. The camera is also now missing the eye piece. Have to leave it yet again for 2 weeks!! Get part way home to see on the paperwork that they have the wrong camera listed as the one I brought in!
