Jay the verizon liason was very good. The store supervisor who greeted me though was very grumpy, unfriendly and uncommunicative.

If I could give it less than 1 star I would. This store has the worst customer service EVER! I will shop anywhere but here from now on.
Stopped in yesterday to buy a new TV. Knew what size we wanted and what features, but this was our first time shopping for a smart TV. It took a while for someone to help us, but when he did come along, the guy was great and able to answer all our questions. For the TV we wanted, it was out of stock at the moment, but he checked with the people unloading a truck and found that there were some. Within a couple minutes, we had the TV. Called for service 3 times today. Got hung up on all 3 times without ever speaking to someone.
Kindness and understanding much needed after a bad few days. Thank you to the manager of the customer service department and his workers.
