Jay the verizon liason was very good. The store supervisor who greeted me though was very grumpy, unfriendly and uncommunicative.

Stopped in yesterday to buy a new TV. Knew what size we wanted and what features, but this was our first time shopping for a smart TV. It took a while for someone to help us, but when he did come along, the guy was great and able to answer all our questions. Knowledgeable staff member provided the decisive info I needed to confidently make a last minute purchase before closing, saving a return trip and the ensuing frustration.
Called for service 3 times today. Got hung up on all 3 times without ever speaking to someone.

A Great Best Buy Ive bought computers, portable gps', consoles, a television, games for different consoles, cds and dvds from here and have had nothing but pleasant transactions and products. Be sure to research what you want first though so you will not be overwhelmed by all they have.
