I waited for a while to get my service ! I was not ignored and yes it is tough to get someone to help you ! Do you use Amazon or other online stores? I am making a point ....that big box store might be harder to find in five years
I have never walked out of this place a "satisfied" customer! I've always walked out pissed right off. Went in looking for a PS4 Chat Cable the lazy guy at the "greeter desk" pointed to headphones and speakers and said "look there" so I did NOTHING!! Then trying to look for someone to help is impossible! Then when I finally found someone to help me he told me to hold on he'd be back! Had a 55" tv delivered for a early Christmas present. The salesperson said that the people delivering would remove it out of the box to confirm it was delivered in good shape. It was delivered 2hrs pasted the delivery window and noticed that the box was damaged a little. When I asked them if they were going to unpack it they said no, that they only deliver and left quickly. I unpacked it today to discover that the screen is cracked. Disappointed. I stopped at your greeter desk and asked for help in finding a camera which I could use to stream facebook live and the guy says, "yeah any of the cameras with wifi capability will do that" and then proceeds to point at a sign and says I should go look there. Well no, it turns out not all cameras do that and next time walk your lazy ass over to the isle and get me the right camera or find me an expert in the field! #thanksforwastingmytime
Yesterday, I went to Best Buy in Summerlin to buy a Phantom 4 drone. Everybody was very helpful. While testing various video drones, I ran into Michael Jackson's father Joe Jackson, Founder of the Jackson Five. The managers say Joe Jackson shops at Best Buy all the time. Great place to shop for the holidays.
