Put live personnel on the phones instead of using all pre-recorded crap you are currently using. An order was placed by a friend of mine on Tuesday. Neither he or his wife drive anymore. The $70 + purchase was to be shipped to their home free because it is over a certain amount. Well,apparently it wasn't in stock, something that was not disclosed on the website when ordering. Wanted to cut TV cable cord & bought Fire TV after salesman assured me " just plug it in back of TV & you are good to go".... 3 days & 90 minute Customer Service call to Fire TV later..still unable to access any of favorite programs, ie local news & HBO. The open box TV bought on April 19th was deliver to my home on April 26th. The inspection screen was broken and returned. Rescheduled delivery time April 30. Best Buy changed the arrival time on May 2nd. But on May 1st, at 21:57pm, I received an email and changed my delivery time. The Best Buy service was too bad. Would NEVER recommend this store. Went in to ask about headphones and the guy walked right past us to help another couple who walked in AFTER we did!!!!! Really PISSED OFF �
