So I wait well over 1 year to finally get a MUCH-NEEDED new cell phone and the guy at AT&T on Charleston seems too busy to be nice because we are in the "looking" stage. Then we go to Best Buy on Charleston and we get the same treatment. Do ANY stores have good customer service anymore???? Needless to say, I'm going to get my phone on line so I don't have to deal with these KIDS who are too busy for us. I'm just happy my kids aren't like that....
We bought a home entertainment receiver here this morning with Adrian's help and support. He could not have been more professional, knowledgeable or helpful and he really steered us in the right direction in terms of value and capabilities. He guided me on how to set it up at home and was a great help. He is. True professional, asks great questions, listens and the explains the options clearly and concisely. I will definitely be back and relying on Adrian's advice again!
These guys overcharged me $42 and refuse to make it right. Accused me of stealing from them because I'm a Mexican. I took it to the President Hubert Joly who refused to address the issue. I WILL get my $42 if it costs me everything. Mother Fucking Cock Suckers WILL PAY for this. Trust me David... I WILL GET MY MONEY if it comes out of your ass.
I find out this location has the most helpful and totally terrific employees in phone sales department, Jaylene and Matthew!!! Yesterday they help me ho thru long and hard process of switching phone number from prepay to regular with Verizon and choose and buy new iPhone, they patient, knowledgeable, quick thinkers, problem solvers, have great communication skills and totally awesome and simple THE BEST!!! Thank you!!! I will always buy electronuc gadgets here from now on!!!
