It's fine best buy I want to be on hold for hours just to ask a 30 seconds question. Answer your phone's would be nice.

No one offered any assistance to me and my friend. Not as much as a how are you. Very poor customer service.�
This was the worse experience I have ever had dealing with customer service (even worse than Comcast, if you can imagine) The managers are unresponsive and just blame other employees. I have waited on hold about an hour and a half between yesterday and today trying to get my issues resolved ( an issues that was the stores fault). I generally like best buy but this store is filled with a bunch of incompetent people. STAG AWAY fromthis store!!!!
Good experience overall, slightly understaffed but Dan was superb.
Staff are always willing to help and are very efficient in looking for things in the back warehouse that cannot be located on the shelves!
Not impressed with online order and pickup. Three trips (hour each way), multiple long phone calls and I finally have my order more than 72 hours later!
