Bought a computer through them and less than 3 months later it died. brought it in and they said they'd fix it and have it done in 5 to 7 days. We would get an email when it was ready and we could go pick it up. Almost a month later it is finally done so my husband goes to pick it up. Amazingly they wish for you to shop on line but are not providing an online catalog. Third class service for second class merchandise. I guess I'll buy a quality computer elsewhere and save the headaches.
Best buy really suck in regards to their Price Match. I have been trying for over 3 hours to get a credit for something that I bought and 5 days later went on sale. Got lied to and pushed around
Very good customer service. They swapped out a defective laptop in 3 minutes and helped me save my documents and pictures. Very pleased.
Geek Squad is an absolute joke. Bought my computer through Best Buy and after two weeks of having it, it started having problems. Best Buy tells me that the problem isn't covered under the warranty I purchased! Are you kidding me?! Then I take my computer to get fixed through them and they tell me false information about when it is to be shipped out and when it will actually be able to be used again. Will not shop here anymore! It is beyond absurd how many times you get asked by store employees if you need any help; how could I need help I can barely stop to look at something without being bothered by staff! Last visit I managed roughly 4 minutes trying to shop and was asked if I needed help by 4 employees. It was never this bad; must be some new directive by the company. No more!
Went in to get a replacement screen shield for iPhone 6s. Associates were knowledgeable and helpful, even sharing personal experience with the shields available and what they personally use. The associate, who placed the shield on the phone, took his time to ensure that it was done correctly the first time. THANKS for helping me out today!
