One of the worst examples of corporate customer abuse! They repaired my laptop (thanks to Maine's Implied Warranty Act) but destroyed the operating system. I refused to sign a receipt saying I received my laptop in satisfactory condition and go on my way. Had to make a scene to get the "manager" (useless joke) to approve the Geek squad guy to go ahead and open a new claim. Then he asked me to go home and get my charger. Waited by the car stereos for over 20min after being told by 2 employees that they would call someone over. I dont even know how many employees walked by us and didnt say a word. Waste of a trip as this is the nearest location from us.. took our business elsewhere
My brother purchased a new washer and electric dryer and still haven't gotten a call back where the installer never put the Leveling Legs on the Dryer. The Installation guy Anthony from Augusta gave us his number we have left a number of messages no call back. don't waste your money they never call you back.
Where to begin? It took forever for a salesperson to take my appliance order and I knew exactly the makes and models I wanted. When they delivered the range was smashed. 3 days later and still no call from anyone after promising 24 hours. Now it's early Dec and they can't deliver a new one until February. Excellent. And the customer service lady ACCIDENTALLY disconnected me after over an hour on the phone. Do biz with these people at your own risk.
The absolute worst customer service ever. I've had someone paged an employee to come to cameras to help me and I've now been waiting around for a half hour. Useless staff.
7 weeks to get a dryer delivered you suck! don't buy from Best Buy
Waiting for back order 3+ month Notified 2 weeks ago about next day delivery, then call that it will be another 2 weeks. Notification yesterday for deliver today. Called to verify, on hold 2 hours then disconnected. On hold another hour, answered, woman looking for someone who might know. Now on hold again for close to another half hour. I understood the original back order but fed up with delivery notifications, cancellations and no one having answers.
RecommendedEven in the middle of a pandemic, my order arrived a day early!
I've been trying for 4 days to schedule a pre-paid repair... can't speak with a real person and have yet to receive the "call backs" (4 x) and have even tried to remain on hold... both times for over 45 minutes!!! This is so frustrating... I will never buy from Best Buy again....
