Don't buy from best buy. I bought a bundle of phone and sim card activation kit. They for some reason didn't scan the activation kit properly and I couldn't use it. They then canceled the order saying I didn't pick up the bundle items and charged me full for the phone even though I had the picked up items. I went to the store and they asked me to call customer service online and when I called online, they refer me back to the store. Black Friday, yes very chaotic but well orchestrated. I wisb sales staff had product knowledge. Check out line was long but friendly eager to answer questions. Would give 5 if staff had product knowledge example was regarding tablets and tv's. Sales rep "Did you try google'?
I arrived before opening on a Sunday to get a ticket for a new shipment of Nintendo Switch devices. The process was so organized. I waited maybe 40 minutes (I was prepared to wait longer) before an employee came out, distributed numbers and told us all to come back between 11AM - 1PM to pick up our devices. I returned at 11:30AM to no lines. I received a bit of advice from the cashier on which games to purchase and walked out by 11:45 with my son's birthday gift.
