Improve delivery service. Waited 7 hours today. received 1 appliance at 8a.m. with promise of remainder in "an hour". They never returned- I called 4 times as well as sent texts.😕
Continuous misinformation giving to customers. There employees need customer services training. There supervisor also offer no assistance. I try my best not to call or go to Best Buy
this best buy tried to rip me off. Worst customer service at Bellevue wa stores. Purchase an open box alienware tower and it had lots of software problems and all accessories missing. Thank to my experience i fixed the pc but no compensation for the inconvenience. Don't buy anything from best buy ever.
I went in last Sunday looking for a Wi-Fi extender. when I mentioned I was going to use it on a cellular hotspot, the guy went and got the 'networking expert'. He said there is NO WAY it will work for that. He don't know what he's talking about. He said since the hotspot didn't have an WPS "easy button" there is no way it would work. apparently he's never installed one or read the directions. Works fine !!!
The prices on many of the items are expensive and they’re not very friendly service; it’s an elaborate, corporate reparations fraternity for introverts to pay their bills (in general not necessarily this location in particular.) They’re mostly all the same.
