I now see why this store has such a low rating - customer service is spotted at best. We dealt with a young man tonight that could not care if we had a good experience or not. Some of the worst customer service I've ever received when trying to spend money. We tried to be as nice as we could and was treated like we were interrupting them. I guess it's time to give HH Gregg a try.
This place is a joke. I ask to work with management to save a sale and he laughs. That would take a lot of effort on my side. What???? You are in a customer service driven market. Make the effort or move over and let another store help. They will also cancel your order without your permission.
