They lie about what their warranties actually cover at time of purchase and then when you need to use their warranty to replace a item, they conveniently say they don't actually cover it and won't honor what they told their customers.
I want to help others here. NEVER BUY FROM BEST BUY! I had the worst experience I have ever had dealing with any company. I bought a dishwasher from Best Buy which was set to delivered 8/1/2019. After 3 failed appointments, it was finally delivered on 8/10/2019 where the installers told me that the water pressure was bad and I needed a plumber to come out. My New TV works great, and is under warranty. I'm wondering if they sell Sirius XM Radios?
This past Friday we found a TV on sale that we wanted to purchase but decided to wait so it wouldn’t be sitting in the car while we ran errands. Tonight we went back and found that the price had jumped up $30. When we pointed this out to the salesman they gave us the TV for the price we originally saw it for! Excellent customer service. Will definitely return in the future.
I made the mistake of choosing ATT and the iPhone X. needless to say it needs warranty repairs. Att rep said just take it and drop off at geek squad . however, even without an appointment, them guys took my phone in, entertained my kid and got me all handled to best of their abilities. Apple insisted the phone be returned to factory. but those guys at BB/GS really went the extra mile
