Pretty crappy you guys can’t put an item on hold for less than 12 hours for a customer who holds a credit account with you guys. Makes it look like you really care about your customers..
We had the best service, and utmost attention given to us! Ramon in TV's is extremely knowledgeable and was able to talk TO us, so we could understand what we needed. Am moving to that area, and will get as much as possible from that particular Best Buy.
Customer service is shit! Literally went in there with my boyfriend to find a cd (which the selection is just awful) and five minutes we are being accused of stealing because my boyfriend pulled his pants up. And then harassed him to lift his shirt up , and what do you know, nothing there!!! Then they proceeded to harass him after he showed them proof he didn't steal anything. Just awful!
I would not buy anything there they let people add phones to my bill without my permission and we had to pay for the phones and the charge to take them off our bills We paid for there mistake and I would not buy nothing there ever again!!!!

We went in to get an amp. The car audio section was pitiful. It was horribly disorganized and very small. I had a hard time getting someone to help. (We knew what we wanted. We just couldn't find it on the shelf.) The one person I did find, didn't have a clue. The person he asked for assistance that seemed like he knew what he was talking about also seemed like we ruined his day by asking him to do his job. The store is very cramped and outdated. We will not be coming back.
