Ryan the “manager” for appliances is incompetent as well as rude. Refuses to let you talk to his superiors. 3 weeks we tried to get our fridge and stove installed. Stove never showed up and the fridge was just dropped off in my garage. I’ve been a Best Buy Elite Plus member for years. I will NOT spend another dime with Best Buy.
RecommendedIf you want to watch sales people ignore you I recommend Best Buy. If you like having to track down someone to help sell you something go to Best Buy.
I purchased a 55" Toshiba TV at Best Buy in Avon in April and last week it quit working. I have been communicating with Best Buy for nearly a week online and on the phone. They are refusing to even exchange it. They are only offering to order a refurbished part and attempt to fix it. This will take another "couple weeks" and my brand new TV will have a refurbished board. I have spoken to the store manager and he has nothing to offer. I cannot recommend dealing with Best Buy.
shame ! I searched for a tv I could get sooner than JULY . I chose this store because they offered PICK UP TODAY - NOT ESTIMATED. Now today is here , and a holiday weekend at that , and NOTHING ! THE EMAIL NOW SAYS " ESTIMATED " pick up !!!! 🤬 an entire day wasted. SHAME ON BEST BUY . shame on you for not being honest

Best Buy Avon made a half hour appointment to set up the new Samsun A20 I bought on their site. It actually took two different appointments to set up and the second day appointment took three and a half hours. Most of all, the sale/tech rep refised tp tell me his name! If you decide to use Best Buy Avon I advise asking the rep for his name first. If he refuses, leave or ask for a different rep.
Had a return to take back. Very professional and courteous staffs!
Can’t get the employees to stop talking with each other or out of their phones to get some help
