They use to be a Great store....... but service now well nonexistent!!!!! sell things promise delivery date what a joke. After three different dates now the next one in 3 weeks ..... all done. Maybe should have told me 3 weeks ago that it would be 6 weeks !!! Never again ......
My fiancée purchased a laptop and a 2 year service plan through geek squad then they sent her a email asking her to renew her services. She closed the account and then she was asked to update her information and automatically charged her without her consent. As they searched her account for any card that would work. Extremely poor customer service.
Went to replace a GoPro housing that broke the second day I had it. The associate said, "oh we don't take care of that you will have to go through GoPro not us." I did not buy it through GoPro I bought it through Best Buy.
Went looking for a specific items. Our first sales guy I'm thinking first day...we've all had one. He hooked up with a seasoned sales guy. They didn't have what we wanted in Stock but took the time to help us select what we wanted and shipped to their store. Helpful & polite ......
