Worst store ever! Nobody gives a crap, sat on hold for over an hour, called five locations and each time ended with enter remote code and hung up, finally got hold of geek squad and asked a simple question the guy said I dont know sir i just fix the computers, it was about getting a pci firewire card not even a hard question..... either hire people that know what they are doing or just shut down
Just bought a junk Digiland tablet they were selling here for 40 bucks. I wasn't really expecting it to last long but did expect it to make it more than 30 minutes.
Called several times no answer I and trying to confirm on a wiring harness before I drive a hour and a half to find out they don't have it... This place has really gone down hill
purchased an Iphone cord from Best Buy in Bangor beginning of January. Clerk gave me the box and it was open but I didn't look in it and the clerk gave me the wrong cord. Brought it back today, approximately 45 days after I bought it and they wouldn't take it back...Never used it. wouldn't take it back...won't shop there again...they said they have a 14 day return policy..bull$hit on that...I brought back merchandise to another big store today that I bought 2 years ago and they took it back...BEST BUY is WORST BUY in my book... read more
Isn’t the Best Buy I grew up with in Minnesota. Oh well free market will take my business elsewhere. Just sad because I’ve been shopping their since middle school and I’m 32 now. Don’t get a black tie plan for any TV you purchase. IS NOT A REPLACEMENT PLAN. Damage your TV and you’re fucked so it’s a waste.
