With as many associates that are walking around the store doing nothing, they should have more help at the front end.
RecommendedAmazing customer service in store tonight! Employees really went above and beyond for us. An all around pleasant experience. We will definitely be back for all of our electronics. I highly recommend this location. 2 of the employees really went out of their way to give us the best customer service possible.
Horrendous customer service. Henry A and Shelby (R?) very rude with their replies. Refusing to complete an apple certified service, customer service suggests calling the store manager, yet there's no way to do that as hold times are in excess of 2 and a half hours. When you ask to speak to a manager in customer service they refuse to transfer you if you say you have an issue with a service/product, and act offended if you say it's to file a complaint. I went into the Bangor Best Buy today and had a great experience with an employee named Cory. I had a new Sprint iPhone that wouldn’t activate from my house about 70 miles away in rural Greenville. He went out of his way and had it activated in ten minutes. He didn’t have to, I didn’t buy it there and I really appreciate him stepping up like that.

I went in with a friend with every intention of leaving with a MacBook while I was up home on vacation. However the customer service was horrible. I said excuse me Several times to a group of 3 guys who worked there and stood in front of the computer for about 20 minutes trying to get their attention and they all continued to ignore me.
