Waited on the phone for 20 minutes to finally reach a human that had zero knowledge of the product I was seeking. Tried to put me through to a department only to be disconnected. Not very impressed. Can only imagine how a repair or car install might go. Fear!!!!!!!

RecommendedCalled with an issue with an external drive not working well with my iMac. I was out through to a Geek Squad agent, only waited a couple of minutes. He talked me through the process, THEN after everything was working properly, asked if I had purchased the item at the store!! I have been getting great service at this store for years and am still surprised by how great everyone is.
This Best Buy is literally the biggest POS Best Buy ever. Useless, unhelpful and rude. If you have an Apple product and expect help, don’t plan to get it here

The store in Bangor Maine employs some of the most rude and incompetent people that I’ve ever had to deal with. It’s almost impossible to talk to someone on the phone, and their automated phone system is garbage. I was promised a turn around time of 3-5 days for my broken iPhone. We’re now on our 8th day with no end in sight! I went in last Monday and spent $900 for a big tv, sound bar and headphones.. that included $100 for delivery and hook up. I wanted to have it done next day, but they said Friday morning would be the earliest. I agreed, now at five o'clock Thursday the install company calls and tells me they don't have anyone to do the work. maybe they could come next week. I'm going to go get my money refunded. Been trying in vain to get someone on the phone for 30 mins. Thursday at 10:15-10:45. I really doubt its so busy they cant have anyone answer the phone at this time.
