Their consumables policy sucks. No refunds or credit for consumables even if you haven't left the store yet. Someone priced item wrong, tried to get my money back. Over priced hostess cakes. Customer service sucks! Will never go to Best Buy again.
10:00 am no one in store, four people working the phone area standing there talking to each other. I waited 10 minutes. No one acknowledged me or offered assistance. Hope they had a nice time ignoring customers.
Great customer service! Product quality is not on Best Buy but their Geeksquad is hands down the best!
Terrible Customer Service!! And the store doesn't answer the phone. I'm on my third day off for one refrigerator that they cannot get right... And I now can't get them on the phone to say come and get this as it's useless to me the way it is!!!! Three days off... One appliance... Ridiculous!
the worst customer service ever; was promised a product for 12/24 and when I called for an update I was told "sorry but we had a 4 day computer glitch and it won't be in til the end of January"; I have yet to see the refund on my debit card; I will never do business with them ever again and from everyone I've talked to about Best Buy they won't be using them either based on their experience
I ordered a computer with service plan where they would set it up installing office and a few more programs. I get an email telling me that my computer is ready for pickup. I happily head to the Holyoke Mall, pick up my computer to learn not only wasn't serviced but they couldn't get to it until at least middle of next week! I'd been without my own computer for 6 weeks and they can't get to it. I took computer home and am struggling through the setup myself.
