I bought a Fitbit I had a lot of questions they answered all the questions to my satisfaction and I bought the one that suited me the best thank you Best Buy
Well, let's see...Had to make 3 trips here yesterday! :/ 1st AC unit had a dent on top (Returned), 2nd AC unit made a horrible grinding noise (Returned) and FINALLY #3's been great! Was quite annoyed and frustrated with quality of Frigidare AC units, but ALL Best Buy staff were helpful and kind.
The employees here are amazing i dealt with are Sean and Elijah and those two are amazing and deserve a promotions
Five employees standing around in the computer area and no one is helping us. Worst customer service ever.
