The Worst experience EVER! Their corporate office actually told me to post it here. I just needed activation and they Refused! They lied about who was the store manager, and Sean was extremely Rude and treated a customer with No Respect! Why the store was empty says Everything!
I have been waiting for over 5 weeks to get my phone repaired due to a clerical error. I was told by a csr that I would be notified in 7 to 10 days while a "team" reviews my file. That was 17 days ago. I keep getting brushed off by every csr being told that the "Team" is still reviewing things! Team of Monkeys? I have treid to call the store numerous times but no one ever answers the phone. I have never experienced such poor customer service. No one can make a decision at your place! .
This Best Buy allowed two fraudulent purchases walk out the door. Here's novel idea, ID people when they pick up their online purchases!!! My minor child sitting on the couch beside me in AR was not in Holyoke MA picking up items curbside at this store. If I can press charges on the store and/or employee(s), I'll do that too. The employee letting that happen and the manager at this store both need fired. The second item was picked up while the manager was on the phone knowing this was happening!!!!
trying to get credit or sign up for their leasing program. I make decent money and for some reason I'm denied everytime not only does this really upset me, but it affects my credit everytime the inquery is made about my credit. very disappointing. when I go to make a purchase for a new tv I will most likely be looking elsewhere now.
Place was soo terrible pre ordered mw paid ALREADY LAST WEEK said I couldn’t get game Becuase order didn’t show ? What like I have the order number there and the money already went thru never coming here again only too pick up my game I SHOULD OF HAD TODAY TOMMRROW AND CROSSING THEM OFF THE LIST
Quite using the bait and switch. Spend thousands on home entertainment, hundreds more on a tech support plan. Tell me you'll be back in 100 hours to color calibrate my 60 inch TV. Then want to charge me $50 to do it. YOU SUCK!
Store manager would not let be exchange defective GPU. Was told to go through manufacturer who charges to ship it out. Do not recommend. Also, nobody ever answers the phone.
I will not take as much of your time as I could with this review.. Soooo much to share. SIGH I bought a refurbished PC from Best Buy in Holyoke, MA. Assured it was as good as new. I get home (over an hour away, on the VT border) and the unit is missing pieces!! SO I call down and they are rude and tell me to come back. I hake the 3rd hour of my life to begin the ride back.
