Bait n switch on deals!!! Not happy at all.. got a tv advertised at $179 for $329
Was just in the store less than an hour ago. Got into an argument with the check out lady (didn't catch her name because she wasn't wearing a nametag, middle age, short curly hair, working check out #3 at 12:45 on september 2nd) about the price of some powerbeats 3 headphones. Showed her on the wausau best buy website what the price was on my phone. She kept just trying to get me to check out and saying "thats not the price in my system". Bought a 48 inch Insigna HD tv last year. Great value for the price.
Sold the impossible-to-find discontinued NES Classic online, instead of reserving for customers who waited outside the store. All other big retailers have the curtesy of making the NES only available to in-store customers, preventing one customer from buying them all (to scalp). So disgusted and will not be buying from Best Buy again.
I will never purchase another item from this store. Poor communication, poor automated systems, poor customer service. They have my husband's computer for service for over a month now and still no word when that will be done. I just cancelled my appliance order and they didn't even try to retain the business, nor did they attempt to correct the delivery problem. Never again.
You don't stand behind or honor shit. You'll "talk to" the employee who's word you won't honor? How in the hell does that resolve the predicament you've now put me in?? Screw you
