What to do to improve Best Buy is what you ask? How about honoring the warranty for the product you sold us! 8-21-2019 we called Best Buy to request service on our under cabinet Maytag micro wave. After verifying the unit was under warranty you issued a work order # and a claim # for a third party firm, Service Specialists from Thorpe WI. to look at 8-28-2019. Had the worst customer service ever. There is no common sense when it comes to taking care of customers. I wanted a cash refund for a laptop charger and would not give it to me because i missed the cutoff by one day. I talked to the sales manager and she was the most incompetent of them all. She argued with me saying store credit is the same as a cash refund. I always thought the customer is always right and you give them what they want. This is not the case here. Sales person lied to us to get us into a phone contract. There was a buy one get one free deal on iPhone XR and we signed the contract thinking we’d get the second phone free, but the deal didn’t apply on our phone bill. Had he not lied, we would’ve never paid for the phone we got. Called them for over a month to resolve issue and after going back and forth they just told us there was nothing they could do about it.
