Bought a gift card for husband. He went to Best Buy to buy some iTunes cards which are sold at Best Buy,however they would not let him use the card on the iTunes cards. Stated he should look for something else in the store to spend the card on. Unacceptable,last time I will shop there. I know I won’t get a response from them but just voicing my dissatisfaction with the store which I am sure won’t last much longer.
This is my first review ever. Bought new tv on Saturday. Got out of box. Set up. Turned on. Screen cracked or broken. Took back today. Was told we can’t help you. Sorry. Store policy. Gave me a manufacturer number. Who then sent me to another number. Where they said take back to store. It takes a lot to get me frustrated. But this is horrible customer service. Called ahead to see if my phone had come in to geek squad, they said my phone was there and i could come pick it up. Drove an hour to come get it only to have someone tell me they don’t have it. Complete waste of time, would not recommend to anyone.
Will not reinstate my rewards points. They had lots of excuses. I think times must be tough they take it out on loyal customers.
Customer service awful and mngr was not willing to come talk to me about a return with receipt. Hate Best Buy and will never buy anything from this store.
Went to Best Buy in Wausau to buy a new refrigerator -- a Samsung French door with the Family Hub Bluetooth feature. Because Best Buy advertises it's 'price match guarantee', I printed off several flyers from other retailers (regular stores who also sell online). I came into the Store to buy a TV I seen on the internet upon asking a sales rep about the TV he took me to a TV that wasn't same price or size and continued to tell me they didn't carry that specific tv even tho the internet clearly stated it does. I got into a argument with this guy until I left and found a supervisor who checked and said they carried it upon bringing the tv out the supervisor and employee came out giggling and makeing rude comments. The geek squad is a joke they can’t do this or I’ll get fired if you want that it’s another hundred dollars you didn’t set it up for that we have to be at another place soon who comes to set up your tv in dress clothes and shoes
