I AM DONE WITH BEST BUY FOREVER!!!!! I bought a TV for my husband. It was our first year anniversary present and when we opened it - it was dented, scratched and damaged. The TV obviously could not be used and they would not refund me/exchange for a new/undamaged TV. Their customer service team was incredibly rude. I have never been treated so poorly in my life. DO NOT EVER SHOP AT BEL AIR, MD BEST BUY.
If I could give less than a 1 I would. Sold my friend a broken, dented, scratched, unusable tv. Would not even take the time to look at the tv, and was extremely rude to them when they were explaining their situation. It was a tv for an anniversary/move in present for her husband. They are hard working people, and saved up for this tv. Best Buy ruined their present and will not take the time to help them out.
So I just left your Bel Air Maryland store and waited for 30 minutes to try and buy a TV. Now maybe normally wouldn't be an issue but I was in 3 months ago to buy two iPads and again waited for 30 minutes when I finally left and went to Target to buy them (I waited about 45 seconds at Target). I am normally pretty patient except that both times I had my small children 20 months and 5 with me. I had no problems at all. Ryan installed my radio. He had a smile and was very polite. He answered all my questions. Thank you. I am enjoying my new stereo.
If I could do a rating of zero I would! They have lost a customer. I will take my money elsewhere. The managers are horrible and in need of training.
Customer service sucks! Will never shop here again.
