Stood in the Apple section for over 20 minutes. Did my own research and just needed someone to assist in purchasing. Not only did no one ask if I needed help, but no less than 3 associates walked by and did not acknowledge us. I get that it’s less than a week until Christmas, but when associates walk by and aren’t helping another customer, it doesn’t matter what time of year it is. RecommendedWyquon was exceptional. I placed an order for curbside pickup and he was very kind. He helped resolve an issue that occurred with my order. Wyquon’s customer service is definitely a reason I will be returning to this location.
Buyer beware! Scheduled an appt for install, never showed, no call. I had to call THEM! Same thing happened to a colleague one week earlier. I even called on installation day and was told they would be coming. Even BB corporate told me my order was in transit. UNACCEPTABLE!😡#buyerbeware #nalgroup
customer service is horrible!!! chat is terrible, on line does not work and if you ever get to talk with anyone they never call back. I am returning my purchase as they will not be able to cover the warranty period. there is no management that oversees the store that is interested in helping.
We purchased a Samsung French Door Ref/freezer in 2018. Unfortunately it came with the faulty Ice Maker. I finally had to call for a repair in July 2020. It’s covered under the extended warranty we purchased through BestBuy. When I scheduled my service call, the guy on the other end of the phone knew exactly what my problem was and said that he ordered the parts for me. Best Buy Bel Air - need to update your phone message if appointments are mandatory to shop the store. Phone message today says appointments are not necessary. Felt like we were really inconveniencing your business for trying to shop there without one. Also don’t need a personal shopper escort, this isn’t Louis Vuitton. Not a good way to treat paying customers looking for big ticket kitchen appliances.
Sitting in my Jeep on 3/25/20 amidst the Coronavirus Crisis, waiting to pick up a laptop so I can work from home. Rob and the rest of the crew in Bel Air, MD are working hard doing an EXCEPTIONAL job at maintaining/delivering the “no contact” orders. Very impressed with Rob’s hustle and how Best Buy has handled this whole situation!! Way to go Rob and the Bel Air Team!!
Poorly trained employees as it relates to extending good customer service. Not one employee could explain the reason for their return policy. Moreover , not one employee - including the ‘manager’ was willing to try to help find any solution for ME - the paying customer. Frankly I shouldn’t be surprised. This experience solidifies my reason for disliking BestBuy. I should have not given them another chance. So, guess what? I can choose to spend my money wherever I LIKE. I do not like Best Buy.
