it has the worst customer service. I suggest that you never buy a product from them. even if is just a remote control. Bought a Dishwasher and it leaked all through our home. and have been waiting over two months for a call back from their claims department .

I can’t recommend a store that advertises a product, purchase it and have it delivered to a local store, then the day it’s to be delivered I get an email and text saying there’s a problem. They advised that if they can’t fill it within a MONTH, yeah a MONTH they’ll cancel the order. WTH. If you know it’s a problem why continue to advertise that it is available within 2 days to a store. I believe this is a backward way to get customers to purchase something off the shelf or something much more expensive. Not happy at all. Don... read more

My son bought a dryer from Best Buy 13 months ago. He paid extra for an extended warranty. A month ago, his dryer stopped working. Now that more that 30 days have passed, he has made countless phone calls, had service calls in which no one has shown up, talked to many different "managers", and still doesn't have a working dryer. Unfortunately, he has taken time off from work, spent money and time at the laundromat, and still can't find someone from Best Buy to help solve this problem. Terrible customer service but not just this store, Best Buy and Geek Squad in general. I've been waiting for over a month for a warranty repair on a dryer with no end in sight. Have climbed all the way up the ladder and back down again with nobody offering any help at all. I will never buy an appliance at Best Buy again

Terrible store, was a frequent customer, have always bought my tvs and laptops here... Never again. I had an item pre-ordered almost a month in advance, just to find out on the day of pick up that they didn't have it. The only explanation was that they will notify me within the next couple weeks (it comes out next week). What's the point of a pre-order when you have to wait weeks after it comes out?!. Best buy has lost my business for good.

I just spent $900 on a laptop for school, and the wireless adapter in the one they sold me is bad, yet they won’t let me exchange for a new one with a working adapter. The computer isn’t even a month old an I can’t even plug it into a Ethernet cord because it doesn’t have that adapter! I spent almost $1000 for them to screw me over. I will never give them my money again. I will be calling corporate.

Horrible customer service, all around. Ordered a washer and dryer to be delivered to our home today(Saturday). They called at 12 and said they’ll be about 20 minutes, okay cool. 12:30 rolls around they call and say they can’t deliver it. They ask us to reschedule to Tuesday, We said no we NEED it today. However, they went around us and rescheduled for Tuesday anyway. We offered to go pick it up, but they won’t allow that apparently. No one was willing to work with us in anyway. Their asshat of an Assistant Manager is just that... an ass hat. How the hell do these people have jobs in customer service? Educate your staff Best Buy. Their fucking horrible customer service skills are out of this world ridiculous. Makes me hope the place goes out of business.
