Just bought a tv, opened it up to find a huge gash in the upper corner. Come to find that they try to cover their own butt. They don’t care what happens after you buy even if it comes like it.
No, one answers the phone !!!! That's the first problem. Ordered an item and now being told it's unavailable even though I saw them in the store that same day !!! No one there says they can help or fix it . Just an awful experience so far
Was in the store 25 minutes. Not a single employee greeted or offer help. Wanted to buy a laptop. Three Employees were to busy laughing and talking at cell desk. To bother to greet me, or help me. They could have easily paged for customer assistance.
As a biracial couple coming into Best Buy with our kids to get a problem solved that your employee caused. We were treated so disgraceful by the Asst. Mgr. and some employee wanting to be Mr. Big shot he had nothing to do with what was going on but as we were leaving he decided to get in my boyfriends face while he was holding my 5yr old daughter and ask him a STUPIED distasteful question as me daughter is crying bcuz this guy is literally in their face it happened at the front door where there are cameras we will be seeking... read more
I preordered the XBox One X Scorpio Edition back in August when they were first accepting preorders. Chose to do in-store pick up for the system so I wouldn't have to worry about it getting delayed in shipping. Well, I'm still not getting my system at tonight's midnight release. I just received an email informing me that it will not be available for pickup on release day. Called the store and they don't even know when I'll receive it. This store is full of a bunch of snobs... I got in and I'm constantly facing some attitude like I've done them wrong... I am always told by the staff thing where frankly if they are so smart... why are they working at best buy... its branding has gone down big time and frankly it's sad...
