First time there and on black Friday I love it so many good deals
The misses and I went there to buy our first washer and dryer. Initially we were excited but, I ended up canceling the transaction midway due to the guy helping us not knowing anything about the product or the computer system to check us out(needed manager interference at every turn to fix something). I felt no confidence in my purchase after they tried adding extra products to my order (I barely caught it) and them telling me there was no guaranteed delivery date. absolutely awful service. I called ahead of time to see if I need an ID to purchase a phone and they said "only if you're paying with a card" I get there and they ask for my ID!!!! BYE trash store. You'd get better service from a homeless person.
Do not shop at this store ever.. They take customer service to a new low. I have been waiting for a stove delivery for a month. And still haven't gotten it resolved.
