By answering the phone! I have been on hold for over 1/2 hr listening to stupid menu options and lousy music. Just trying to contact ANYONE in the store.
Called 3 times today to ask about a fire stick but yet no one has answered the phone a total of 17 minutes waiting on hold for someone to answer the phone
Purchased a dishwasher 9/2017 Though I am very happy with my Bosch the install was poorly done. Plastic moulding along top always came loose. The mounting brackets are no longer attached to the dishwasher. Nor is the dishwasher leveled properly. Yes, they will come out to look at it but it will cost me $150.00. Had decent experience with Alisha. she was helpful and informative. PROBLEM- Delivery men did not balance the washer or leave the manual to the washer or warranty information. called Best Buy in Mentor. talked to Jason. Basically led me to a to the website which I could have done myself. Gave me the phone #for LG to get warranty information which I already had from the dryer warranty. felt pretty much like a blow off. called back to try to get someone out here to do the job the delivery guys were supposed to do & no one answ... read more
RecommendedI like the products and selections. Checking out is a pain. 50 questions. “Would I like to make a donation so the corporation looks good supporting a charity”? My name will certainly not be attached or noted in any manner when the funds are disbursed! “Would I like an additional warranty”. How would I like my receipt, “e” “paper” or “both”. How about zero questions, I hand over cash or insert my credit card and I go! Quick and easy!
We were there looking for an apartment size refrigerator for our boat. Greg helped us by printing out several different sizes he could get and wrote down all the specifications so we can measure the opening we have in the boat. Excellent customer service!! 5 stars+ from us.

Went into the Mentor, OH store this evening to buy a 128 GB 9.7” iPad. Their website says they match Amazon prices. Amazon has this item for $391.48. Best Buy has it for $429.99. The salesman would not match the price, so I asked for the store manager. He would not match it either, so I bought it on my phone from Amazon right in front of him. ...so if you go bankrupt and lose your job, now you know why. Good luck Best Buy.
