Terrible customer service. We needed info on smart watches, dozens of chatting blue shirts all around and couldn't get anyone to help. We finally flagged someone down, no product knowledge. He brought someone else along who clearly didn't have a clue either, so we get passed along to another employee who just made everything up as he went. Only to find out that 90% of the info we were given was wrong. Please get it together.

Received email saying my new computer ready for pickup. At store next morning 1/2hr after opening- was told I had to come back 140pm or next am 1020. Really?!!😡😡😡 Very poor staffing at GeekSquad desk! Lots of blue shirts at service desk & in store, 3 at front desk. Still, I was sent away after spending almost $800. Have never heard of sending a customer away!! It wasn't the staff fault- obviously it is policy to work short. Pickup next day was on schedule & uneventful. Was just on hold fore 30 minutes on two different lines to try and schedule an instillation for my auto start. I finally went online and scheduled it after getting through to someone only to be put on hold again for another 20 minutes. Had it not been purchased here as a gift I would not be getting it installed at this location.
