Best Buy changed their policy that if you finance a purchase you do not receive points. I will go to Amazon and eBay from now on. Lesson learned and buyer beware! This is why people don't shop in-store anymore.
The auto Geek Squad department is the best! I think his name was Jason, if not, I'm sorry I didn't get your name. I explained to him my car radio was not putting out any sound. He said could b several things. He gave several options. I chose to see how much new radio would be. He came back and told me that this is a common problem with my type of car. It just needed to be reset. I'm sure some places would take advantage of a female and go ahead and order new radio, but he did the opposite. VERY thankful!

Terrible customer service! had a washers delivered today, paid to have it installed and the old one taken away and they wouldn't do it. Said someone else would call at a later time. Call the 1-888- Best Buy number and get a run around answer, go to the store, same thing. no one seemed to care as to why the washer wasn't installed or the old one taken away. still waiting for a real response. They are definitely loosing a customer. I won't be back or recommending this place!
The requirement that you have to have an appointment for everything, even just to pick up something, is excessively ridiculous! I used to work at an electronics repair center, we never had a problem with people bringing things in or picking things up and no one ever had to have an appointment!
I've always had a positive experience at White Marsh Best Buy. From the time I enter the door everyone is friendly. Provides excellent customer service. I have a Samsung tablet the representative for Samsung she is awesome lot's of knowledge and and very helpful. The entire staff is great. Remember customers when you go anywhere go with a positive attitude and expecting a good out come. You will get what you deserve. Hats off to Best Buy in Nottingham, MD
