when retail is suffering and you close your door at 6pm makes no sense. Well i can buy my 2k TV at BJs or Amazon.
Walked in the store and was immediately stopped and questioned about what I was doing there and what did i want. Without anyone checking, I was told that they didnt have any of the three items I was looking for and I should go somewhere else. I will not be shopping with Best Buy again. Too many companies out here selling the same stuff you sell for the same price for you to be treating customers like they're not wanted.
So dissatisfied and disappointed with Best Buy geek squad delivery and Best Buy customer service. I was supposed to get my tv delivered today. Woke up extra early to be on the lookout for it. The salesperson in store that we talked to said they would call 30min before. They never called. No text either. No door knocks. Called Best Buy in white marsh went through the automated system, finally talked to a lady, she put me on hold for over 20min while she talked to a manager. Then hung up. They talked with me in a back-room interview for almost 30 minutes and did not hire for a sales position in May of 2018. It's almost like they wanted free market research. Do not apply.
I would like to say Thank you to Pat Team Leader in Computing department. Phenomenal employee if all business had the quality of customer service and professionalism like this individual it would be Awesome. Thanks again Best Buy for employees like Pat
Do NOT buy any game cards from here . When they don’t work will not refund your money or replace them . Even when the screen said contact the merchant .
