stopped in at BB to pay my bill. Got to the cashier and he did not know how to pay bills. Security came over he didnt know, a floor assistant came over he didnt know, i offered to do it myself seeing it been done before. But was told no. Then the cashier told me to go to customer service to which I stood in line for 15mins waiting. Frustrated I just left. I have never experience this lack of customer service before. I hope when I come back NEXT WEEK they will have their act together.
Never shop here, horrible customer service and won't allow for a return or store credit after being told twice to buy the wrong parts. Will never shop with best buy again. This is why Amazon is the way to go.... Best buy will receive 0 business from me this holiday season or ever again

The rude associate in the computer department totally ignored me while I was wanting to purchase a laptop. She helped 2 other people after looking at me at least twice knowing I was waiting there for her. The manager was more worried about me and my elderly aunt being a mystery shopper than helping us with our purchase. My aunts husband is bedridden and his credit cards are in hers and his names both. Awful customer service. I’ve been shopping here for years. Pat, the so call manager can’t make leadership decisions and hides behind the poor cashier. When I asked the cashier about speaking to a manger he was standing right there and didn’t acknowledge that he was a manger. He let her speak on what he could’ve do as a manager. He sucks and so does the store. Their 15 day return policy sucks. In order to get tour average return policy of 30 days, you have to spend more money. Best Buy you should be ashamed.
I was just in the white marsh store and one of your associates needed help and she asked another associate named Fred for help. First of all Fred was very hesitant about helping her stating he was busy and wait a minute. Then when he did come over he was just rude and his whole attitude was like it’s not my problem. Let’s just say I left there feeling like I’ll probably never return and I can see why people are turning to online ordering.
Customer service at The Whitemarsh Maryland location was the worst! Mike stated he was the manager but was very rude. I recorded him cursing in front of children in the store and making racial comments. I will be sending to the media and corporate. He was also very rude to a couple needing assistance with a price match. After they left the store he made several rude and hateful comments about them.
Can SOMEONE please explain to me how I can be charged 3 different amounts for the same installation of a car stereo system? I originally went in at Christmas to buy my son a gift card to get his system installed. They told me it would be $261.27. Skip forward a few days later when we went to make the appointment & now they claim they were incorrect & needed another $70, which we gave them. Now, we come today to get it installed per the appointment THEY MADE FOR US & are told they need an additional $50???? So what’s going on... read more
