Worst customer service I've ever experienced. When I told the service rep. I was going to report them to th MD consumer protection agency he offered me their corporate address. Ask for a refund immediately if they tell you they are "escalating" your case.
Called this location this morning. Sat on hold trying to ask a question about car installation for 25 minutes. Tried calling and choosing sales so I could speak with SOMEONE and I’ve been stuck on hold now, again for several more minutes. 🙃
I don't like being asked to be searched like I'm some lowlife thief I spend way too much in this store YEARLY!!! to be treated like a scumbag thief stores would be so much better if they were run by robots I have no time for people's politics. honestly I should take back everything I bought and just repurchase from Amazon where I'm welcomed

I needed more memory in my phone and I'm electronically challenged. When I entered the store I was greeted immediately by Ganera who had me sit while she obtained the SD card. She then installed it for me and backed up my data. The whole time she was pleasant and professional. I appreciated the great service.
Some of the worst customers service I have ever seen.
staff is lazy and unprofessional. 45 minutes in store with no service because their staff will not stop talking about their chrismas. EVERYONE THRRE NEEDS TO BE FIRED.
