Horrible customer service. Will not purchase from Best Buy again. 2.5 months later and still not satisfied with resolution to warranty issue. Warranty was a waste!
Bryce Straub helped me at the East Wichita location to buy a new kitchen set. He was super helpful and informative. He didn't try to upsell me (too much), rather he got me a great deal on quality products!

The young man who helped me with printers had exactly the info I needed to make my decision. And it was half price!
I've been waiting very patiently to "BUY" some speakers...so far 17 minutes have passed. And this is after I went to customer service for help.
Stood in line for 15 minutes to check out. 20 people in line with one register open. They did open two more right when I got to the front of the line. C'mon, Best Buy... its Christmas. Maybe you should anticipate a rush or two.
