Wonderful experience! A very nice young man named Dylan helped me with my purchase of a tablet. I'm not tech savvy at all and he was very patient explaining them to me.
I came in to buy a new dish washer today with my son who is on the autism spectrum. As I waited to pay not only was the staff very patient but they held my son putting him at ease. What an amazing group. We will definitely be back.

Today I went into the Best Buy on Rock road in Wichita Kansas, when I walked in I was surprised to see all the employees they had working today , there appeared to be at least 30 or more employees at different areas of the store, I spent at least 25 minutes walking through the entire store and during my entire visit I was not greeted or acknowledged or approached by a single employee , I’m sure that this is not the way Best Buy wants their sales people to interact with customers because this potential customer was interested... read more
