Best buy is absolutely terrible. I bought a Netgear orbi router system. I spent 350.00 and I was having difficulties hooking it up so I called to get help with it and I was handed over to 6 different departments. I talked to a geek squad person and he wouldn't help me and recommended someone coming out to look over and hook up which would cost more money. Totally crazy. Complete joke for customer service at this location. Stood in the computer area to purchase a new laptop and 3 employees stood and talked to each other. This is why people just buy online and retail stores are continuously closing.
The customer service was helpful and that is why there are 2 stars. We purchased a brand new fridge from there and are very unhappy. Had them deliver the fridge which was done with no problem but after install they just decided to leave us with a non working fridge because unplugging and plugging it back in a few times did not do anything. So, went to best buy to let them know about the issue and guess what have to wait 4 days for a repair guy to come out to even look at it. I bought a laptop from here a couple months ago. When I purchased I saw that it came with Microsoft Office for 1 year. After getting home and starting the subscription a little while later, I found out it was only a trial for 30 days. I asked multiple times about whether it was actually included and they told me yes. Asked Microsoft and they said it is a trial only. Ridiculous.
