I have purchased a higher end LG fridge and a washer dryer set in the last 30 days. I already had to have return the washer due to it not working. Now my ice maker does not work. I called yesterday and was never taken off hold. I called three times spending 30 minutes on hold the first time I called, 15 minutes the second and 15 the third. This is the second incident I've had with Best Buy and I'm not a happy camper. I took my laptop to them for an estimate on a minor problem. I ended up walking out with a cracked screen and essentially a nonfunctional laptop. As soon as I heard the crack, I immediately reacted and said "oh my God you broke my screen" while the guy stands there in awe clearly acknowledging with his actions that he had screwed up.
