Thanks to Travis who was very thorough and helpful; definitely knew what and how to help me in buying a new computer!! All other staff that I came in contact with we're very nice! I will be coming back for years to come for all my essentials and necessities!!
I read horror stories of trying to return a defective computer with Best Buy. I made an appointment and took in our new computer we were having issues with. The young man with Geek Squad that helped us was professional, knowledgeable and we walked out with a working computer. (I wish I could remember his name to give him credit) I've bought every computer for 20+ years from them and will continue to support Best Buy

They won't even let you look at a product that you want to buy if they don't have a floor model freezer
I called to confirm something got confirmation over the phone only to be told something very different by the rude gm and store clerk. Also calling the store takes forever to actually talk to a real person. That is the last time I will give them my business.
I bought a 48 inch TV there.... When we were waited on the man showed us a couple we were looking at then walked away...We couldn't find him when we found the one we wanted so another man helped us and rung up the sale.....That man was very nice and helped us... We feel the first man didn't feel we could afford a new TV....Love the TV I bought and very happy with it... But I just want to say.. " Don't judge people by how they are dressed...
Why doesn't your recording system have an option to talk to someone? I have tried 5 different times to check on something via your recording and no selections work. After 20 or so minutes and no answer it's very frustrating
