Bad customer service in the geek squad. My dad took his vehicle in at 9 am to get a remote start put in. He is 69 years old. At 9 am it was 24 degrees. When he dropped the vehicle off they told him that he needed to leave since the store wasn't open. They didn't inform him to make prior arrangements or anything when they spoke with him. RecommendedGabi at the Springfield, Illinois location provided the best customer service I’ve ever received. She was polite, helpful, accommodating, knowledgeable, and efficient. She helped me pick out the perfect phone for our business and placed a screen protector on my person phone.
No option to talk to live person on the phone. Website options for order status do not work.
They don't answer their phones.

The manger refuses to work with you on any issue you have. The worst customer service I have ever received will never go back.
My wife was there today to get a refund for the plan she got from the geek squad to fix her apple laptop. 2 visits and it being send to Kentucky and mailed back to us with nothing fixed. The geek squad person said she should get a full refund. All together she paid $217 and today they said oh you can only get back $45. And our corporate office is closed. Apple rep told her today that nothing was fixed or malwares removed.
