Bought an LG OLED tb from Best Buy, jan 6, 2018. Unit went bad feb 13,2019. Image burn. Now, Best Buy, because I had extended warranty replaced unit and I upgraded to a Sony Bravia OLED. Great service! My beef,tho, is with their reward certificates. I live about 25 miles from closest Best Buy, so I called to get verification that I could use my reward certificates to purchase iTunes card. Just left Best Buy, stood in car stereo for 20 minutes no one came to help us. We we're looking for a new car stereo with installation. Probably spending $400-$500. But we will go elsewhere since no one decided to help us. We were also looking for a deep freeze. Best Buy just lost a big sale. What happened to customer service?
