Beyond terrible - ordered for pickup - two hours later still "preparing". Call store on hold listening to sucky Xmas music for 20 minutes no one picks up.
I bought an appliance on the 3rd and was told it would be delivered on the 5th 12-4pm...no appliance so I called from 5pm-8pm trying to get someone on phone. Was unable to contact anyone. Then next morning when I call they are only able to reschedule for end of next week, REALLYYYY, The manager had no resolution except reschedule and let's cross our fingers that it comes then....It will be a minute before a major purchase comes from best buy ever again
I have literally been on the phone waiting for someone for over 2 hours!! I purchased two Verizon Prepaid cards online, but when I picked them up, one of them was not scanned and therefore not activated even though I paid for both cards online. This is ridiculous. I cannot believe it takes more than two hours to speak with someone. I am still waiting so we will see how long it takes....
