Worst customer service, bought a stereo system for a truck and nothing was right, not the hardware we run back from summerlin where they are installing it and find out the stereo is not the one that the box said it was, no help from summerlin store and have to deal with the rainbow store who has no clue what their inventory is. I will never recommend best buy to anyone for anything. They could care less.

Best Buy bites! Associates everywhere, but none offered help. They sell battery operated items yet don't stock the replacement batteries. Very inconvenient.
