TERRIBLE customer service! An appliance they sold me broke. I purchased Geek Squad protection. It's my stove. The way I feed my family. They can't schedule anyone to come fix it for 6 days. When I asked if they could call any Geek Squad techs to see if someone's willing to work OT to come fix it, they told me their phones CAN'T MAKE OUTGOING CALLS. This place is a perfect example of why big stores are going out of business. I went in ready to buy a new pair of $350 headphones, just needed assistance picking the best one for me. I asked 3 times for assistance, twice to the same employee and no one came to help after 20+ minutes of waiting. In that time I tested them out a few times, decided what I wanted and ordered what I wanted at a cheaper price from Amazon before I was even out the door. NEVER AGAIN!!! STAY FAR, FAR AWAY!!!! I BOUGHT A MACBOOK AIR THAT CAME WITH KASPERSKY SOFTWARE!! YEAH, THE SAME SECURITY SOFTWARE THAT EQUIFAX USES. MY SUBSCRIPTION EXPIRED AND THE JACKASSES AT BEST BUY WANT ME TO PAY TO REMOVE IT. THIS IS THE OLD "BAIT AND SWITCH" SCAM!! I WILL NEVER, EVER PURCHASE ANOTHER ITEM FROM BEST BUY. STICK TO WALMART, AMAZON, TARGET...ETC!!!
