Terrible customer service...i ordered an "open box" geek squad certified new tv...they supposedly checked the tv out to make sure everything worked and was there but id bet my tv on it that they just taped the box and sent it on its way considering there was no power cord...kind of tough to check the tv out without one....week and a half later and i still dont have one
I got an awesome deal! I bought a 50 inch flat screen Samsung Smart Television. It was $299 plus tax. I didn't even go in there to buy a television. The salesperson was very helpful as well. Check out was fast. I got a good deal on a laptop as well. This was my first Black Friday shopping experience. Best Buy made it easy.
Black Friday in and out. Got there at 5pm doors opened.....out by 605pm with a 5yrold . SmartTv,2tablets, xbox1 controller and game,6mth live card All under $250.��

I was immediately greeted by the Rep upon entering the door, though they did not have what I initially came in for the rip helped me to a fly for a Best Buy credit card and I was approved. I asked her to sign me up at the other way around. Though she was very polite and friendly, some of the best manners I've ever seen. AAA customer service
