On Tuesday February 27th 2018 I spent my lunch hour shopping for appliances for my new house at the Bridgeton, Mo. Location. I found an awesome deal on a stainless steel Convection Oven, Over Range Microwave, and Side by Side Refrigerator. A super nice employee talked about opening up a Best Buy credit card and gettimg me 18 month financing free deliver and installation. Can’t give a zero star....had a car stereo installed. Battery was dead a few days later. Bought a new battery, which died about 8-10 days later. Mechanic and Best Buy installer said it was the stereo installation error which caused it, but can’t reimburse the battery cost, because I didn’t bring it there first. How many people bring their car to Best Buy when it dies? I thought there was another issue, not expecting a professional stereo install was the problem. Line is currently 8 deep we've been in line for 20+ mins with only 2 people in front of us and ONE register open. Poor kid has called for help and called a manager and STILL he has no help. HORRIBLE.
Best Buy in Bridgeton, MO gave excellent customer service. Went in to get a new laptop for work with strict requirements and received excellent service! Kudos to the assistant store manager! Great help!
Still waiting for help 30+ min. Because I'm not buying something 1k + they don't give a shit. I know why this place has gone down hill but won't say. I will be making a complaint with corporate.
Extremely poor service. I ordered a dishwasher the middle of December and schedule to have it delivered and installed. I took the day off work for this. The day before, I receive an email saying that Best Buy had to reschedule my appointment. I called customer service regarding this issue. They told me that my item was on back-order and actually wouldn't be available until the first of the year. They were ok but lines were long and there were limited peope so you'd have to search the whole store for one person BAD BAD!!
