buying from them. bad customer service. Been on hold 1hr 45 on and off for months transferred to different places and problem still not fixed. just want a replacement of a switch that we have a warranty on. Big waste of money and time. daughter has been without one for 3 months.

I would strongly recommend against buying any batteries from this store unless you are 100% sure it fits. The associate recommended the spare battery for the Digital camera I bought. It was the wrong battery and as I could not tell until I opened it and attempted to charge it. So due to the sales associate's error and Best Buy's policy I cannot return and am out $40.
